There's an NPC here named Sully Mathis who will give you the sidequest " Pull the Plug " if you agreed to help. There's also a cooking station beside the water pump. Apr 02, 2016 · Some change the speed at which things respawn in areas. I.E. Survival makes it about 3 weeks in my game for stuff to respawn. I am on survival difficulty (not beta). It literally takes me ~5 minutes of real time to run back to Sanctuary and come back to Thicket Excavations and find all the loot respawned.
